How Power Mind works

Record one intention.

Choose a belief or habit you want to work on. Record a short, believable statement and connect it to an action you can take.

Set your mix.

Select your affirmation and press play. Add optional ambience or start your music or podcast first. Adjust each volume and set a timer.

Return tomorrow.

Each completed play adds to the affirmation’s daily counter. The suggested goal of 100 is adjustable. Repetition is a practice, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

How do I use the Home Screen widget?

On iOS 17 or later, add the Power Mind widget from your Home Screen. In the app, open an affirmation’s ••• menu and choose “Use in Home Screen Widget”. The widget can play or pause it. Its counter refreshes periodically; the count inside the app updates immediately.

What is free?

Free includes up to three recordings, one background sound, looping, a timer, daily counters, the widget, categories, and favorites. Pro is an optional one-time purchase for unlimited recordings and all included background sounds. Existing recordings remain accessible.

How do I restore Pro or redeem a code?

Open Settings → Power Mind Pro and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple offer codes can be redeemed from the Pro screen on a supported iOS version. A code is never conditional on leaving a review.

My microphone or playback isn’t working.

Check microphone permission in iPhone Settings → Power Mind, select an affirmation, and check your volume and audio output. Other audio apps keep their own playback controls.

Who operates Power Mind

Recordings and microphone access

The microphone is used only when you record. Audio, titles, notes, categories, and favorites are stored on your device. Power Mind does not upload or transcribe them. The app and widget share a local container for the chosen affirmation’s title, playback state, daily counts, and goal. No recording content is shared with analytics.

Optional analytics

Usage analytics is off by default. If you consent in Settings, PostHog Cloud in the EU processes predefined events such as completing onboarding, saving a recording, starting a session, listening for at least two minutes, and opening the Pro screen. These events may include a random app identifier and device/app information. They help improve the product and are not used for advertising tracking. Audio, affirmation text, notes, and filenames are never sent. No session replay or screen recording is enabled. You can withdraw consent in Settings; this stops future analytics collection. Analytics data is retained for no longer than one year. Contact us to request information, access, or deletion; locating an anonymous installation’s events may require its identifier. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Purchases

Apple processes payments, offer codes, and refunds. Power Mind checks Apple-verified transactions to determine whether Pro is unlocked. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s privacy policy and App Store terms apply to its services.

Sharing, backups, and external audio

Recordings leave the app when you explicitly share them. Device or iCloud backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings. Power Mind does not access or identify audio playing in other apps.

Retention and deletion

Delete recordings individually or from Settings. Removing the app and its data removes its local recordings. Contact emails are used to handle your request and retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations.

This support site uses no advertising cookies or product analytics. The hosting provider processes ordinary request data necessary to serve the page. We update this policy when our practices change.
